Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in King of Prussia, PA to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You will gain hands-on experience in plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvest activities within a team-focused cultivation operation.

As part of a non-exempt full-time role, you will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, performing tasks that ensure high-quality cannabis production while adhering to state regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with plant care and cultivation preferred
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping required
• Ability to work in a team-oriented cultivation environment

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain optimal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for health, pests, and disease; remove nonconforming plants
• Assist with harvest activities including weighing products and inventory recording
• Support curing processes by hanging and weighing flowers and labeling products
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems
• Stock supplies and maintain clean, sanitized cultivation areas
• Participate in high-demand periods to prepare and package products, including extraction items
• Label plants accurately and record inventory according to procedures
