Job summary
Curaleaf in Ravena, NY is seeking a Cultivation Associate - Harvest to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. You will perform daily plant care, monitor climate conditions, and help maintain top-quality standards in a fast-paced cultivation operation.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliability, and the ability to work 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Training is provided, with opportunities to learn lighting, irrigation, and other cultivation tasks while
Qualifications
- Experience harvesting in a professional or home garden setting.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow training guidance.
Responsibilities
- Care for plants daily, including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
- Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain optimal growing conditions.
- Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease and remove nonconforming plants.
- Assist with harvest activities: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
