Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in Buckeye Lake, OH. You will be cross-trained across the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, gaining hands-on experience in plant care, environmental monitoring, and post-harvest processes.

You’ll work the Wednesday–Sunday shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, with training and guidance to build a well-rounded skill set in cannabis cultivation and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for plants in a professional or home setting.
• Ability to follow training and guidance to learn the full cultivation cycle.
• Strong documentation and inventory skills for tracking plant life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain optimal conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease and remove non-compliant plants.
• Assist with harvest by cutting, trimming, and weighing products.
• Support curing by labeling, weighing, and recording inventory data.
• Operate lighting, irrigation, climate-control systems; keep areas clean.
