Curaleaf is hiring a Cultivation Associate in Johnstown, OH. This role participates in plant care from clone to harvest, learns environmental monitoring, and supports the entire production cycle in a collaborative, cross-trained team environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with cultivation operations, including pruning, harvesting, curing, and inventory control, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests, or disease; remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang, dry-rack, label, weigh, and log inventory.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, climate systems; stock tools; keep areas clean.
• Assist during peak periods with packaging and premium extraction items.
• Label plants accurately and follow inventory procedures per state regs.
