Live-Parallel is hiring Cultivation Technicians for our new Gainesville facility. This entry-level role supports plant care, propagation, harvesting, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. The position emphasizes careful record-keeping, data collection, and teamwork in a fast-growing cannabis operation.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Support daily cultivation activities across all plant life stages.
Assist with transplanting, pruning, watering, and IPM practices.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in cultivation areas and equipment.
Safely operate cultivation equipment and systems.
Participate in cultivation trials and document observations.
Record yields, monitor environmental conditions, and support inventory processes.
