Job summary

Parallel is hiring Harvest Technician for our Gainesville cultivation facility. The role supports harvest and trimming activities, working with cultivation and environmental services teams to ensure quality and compliance while tracking materials and weights.

Pay is $17.00 per hour with a 4-day work week from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (10-hour days). This is a hands-on, fast-paced position designed for individuals who love plants and growing within a leading cannabis company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Harvest mature cannabis plants according to production schedules.
• Assist with de-fanning plants during harvest stages to maximize efficiency.
• Operate trimming equipment and trim dried cannabis flower.
• Record harvest metrics, including wet and dry weights, waste totals, and inventory data.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
