Live Parallel seeks Harvest Technicians for our Gainesville cultivation facility. This is a hands-on role supporting harvest and trimming activities, ensuring accurate processing and strict adherence to compliance and quality standards. You will work closely with cultivation teams in a fast-paced environment at our new facility.

The position emphasizes safe, repetitive tasks, precise record-keeping, and attention to detail while contributing to a high-performing production operation in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid government-issued photo identification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Harvest mature cannabis plants according to production schedules and goals.
• Assist with defanning plants during harvest stages to increase efficiency.
• Operate trimming equipment and trim dried cannabis flowers.
• Maintain strict strain separation and comply with chain-of-custody and seed-to-sale tracking.
• Monitor drying room conditions and support proper drying processes.
• Record harvest metrics: wet/dry weights, waste totals, inventory data.
• Prepare and manage harvested material inventories.
• Clean and sanitize harvest equipment and workspaces.
• Collaborate with cultivation and environmental services teams to meet production targets.
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
