Parallel is expanding its Gainesville cultivation facility and seeks a Cultivation Technician to support plant care, propagation, harvesting, sanitation and data collection. You will work under cultivation leadership and contribute to R&D projects while following seed-to-sale requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, teamwork and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid government-issued photo identification.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant care, propagation, harvesting and sanitation across growth stages.
• Support R&D experiments and document cultivation data for process improvements.
• Harvest, trim, package and weigh cannabis flower while maintaining strain integrity.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate records of activities and treatments.
