Live Parallel in Gainesville, FL is seeking Harvest Technicians to join our new cultivation facility. You will participate in harvesting, trimming, labeling, and inventory control, contributing to high-quality cannabis production in a regulated environment.

First shift start and onboarding are scheduled for October 19, 2026. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced agricultural operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment capability.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform harvesting of mature cannabis plants according to production schedules.
• Assist with defanning to maximize efficiency.
• Operate trimming equipment and trim dried cannabis flower.
• Maintain separation of strains and ensure chain-of-custody compliance.
• Monitor drying room conditions and support proper drying processes.
• Record harvest metrics, including weights and inventory data.
• Prepare and manage harvested material inventories.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain harvest equipment and workspaces.
• Collaborate with cultivation teams to meet production targets.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
