Job summary

Good-Day-Farm is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure facility licenses and operations stay compliant with state and local rules. You will collaborate with management, regulators, and internal teams to audit processes and maintain records across ABC, MMC, and ADH requirements.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, timely reporting, and proactive risk identification, supporting management and the Compliance Department in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must obtain state marijuana employee authorization and pass a background check.
• Strong communication with management and on-site staff.
• Ability to work well under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the SVP of Compliance and facility management to execute tasks.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and data compilation for regulatory compliance.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries from ABC and other agencies.
• Develop and deliver training to facility teams on risk and compliance.
