Job summary

District Cannabis LLC. is seeking a Compliance Manager to guide regulatory and operational compliance across cultivation, facilities, and retail locations in DC and Maryland. You will conduct audits, review controls, and support investigations to mitigate compliance risks.

The role requires at least five years in a regulated environment, strong analytical skills, and travel between facilities. On-site position with tights travel requirements in DC and Maryland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum five years in operations management in multi-site or regulated environment.
• Three to five years in compliance, auditing, regulatory operations, cannabis operations, investigations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled, risk-based, and spot compliance audits across cultivation facilities, operational sites, and retail dispensaries in DC and Maryland.
• Review internal controls, documentation, and processes to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support facility readiness for internal and external regulatory inspections.
• Audit inventory through METRC, POS, and supporting records to verify accuracy.
• Review product configurations in METRC and POS affecting inventory and reports.
• Maintain confidential audit records and follow up on corrective actions with leadership.
