The position is part-time at our LivWell location, with a focus on building rapport and educating customers about products while maintaining a tidy, compliant storefront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and listen to their preferences to provide a personalized experience.
• Offer expert product recommendations and explain effects and safe consumption methods.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system following company policies and state/local regulations.
