Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a Budtender for our EveryDay Weed location in Montview, Colorado. You will provide exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and guide customers toward informed cannabis purchases in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a part-time team member, you will help with store operations, stay compliant with state and local regulations, handle cash at the POS, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming, knowledge-driven shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and product expertise: greet customers, listen to preferences, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Store operations and compliance: maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, stay updated on regulations, handle cash, and use POS.
