Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a part-time Budtender at our Boulder, CO location. You will provide exceptional customer service, share in-depth cannabis product knowledge, and ensure a positive, educational shopping experience for customers.

You will assist with store operations, cash handling, and staying compliant with state and local regulations. A fast-paced environment and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service, offering product recommendations and education on cannabis products.
• Maintain attractive store displays, keep shelves organized, and stay informed about product releases and regulations.
• Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system, ensuring accurate sales processing.
• Comply with all company policies and state/local regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
• Collaborate with team members and support store activities, including checkouts and cash handling, as needed.
