Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender at our Garden City, Colorado location to deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and guide customers through thoughtful selections in a compliant and welcoming environment.

You will support store operations, cash handling, and contribute to ongoing cannabis education for customers. Must be 21+ and able to obtain a MED badge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 21 years of age minimum.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service and listen to customer preferences.
• Offer expert product recommendations and educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Manage cash transactions and operate the POS system while keeping displays neat and compliant.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and stay updated on regulations.
