Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and safe use.
• Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain store displays and a compliant store environment.
• Stay updated on products and regulations.
• Collaborate with team and support management in store activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management Team.
