Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender to deliver outstanding customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and create an educational, welcoming shopping experience for customers at Star Buds in Lakewood, CO. The role emphasizes compliance, safety, and responsible cannabis consumption.

You will help customers select products, provide personalized recommendations, and support store operations while working part-time hours in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, effects, and safe consumption.
• Maintain attractive product displays and stay updated on product releases and regulations.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
