Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Budtender at our Garden City, Colorado Starbuds/LivWell location for part-time hours with a tipping compensation structure. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and guiding customers through informed cannabis purchases.

You will help educate customers about products, adhere to compliance standards, and maintain a welcoming, well‑organized store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
