Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our in‑house brands at dispensaries, events, and related opportunities.

The role requires daily travel within New Jersey to establish a strong on‑site presence with clients and customers, delivering product education and promotional materials. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency, analyze market trends, and drive sales through pop‑ups and account activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related preferred.
• 1+ year cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, PR, or events is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the local network for on‑site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Become a field expert for in‑house brands and educate customers on specs, benefits and positioning.
• Lead coordination and execution of brand presence through education and promo items.
• Achieve weekly/monthly activation targets and participate in events and trade shows.
• Update CRM with detailed account notes and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to optimize product placement.
• Lead wholesale account dispensary openings and product introductions.
