You'll build strong retail relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive product sell‑through while representing the Justice Grown brand in the market.

If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and turning brand engagement into sales, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities include:

  • Represent Justice Grown brands at dispensary events, local markets, festivals, trade shows, and community events.
  • Execute in-store and off-site activations that drive immediate sales and long-term brand loyalty.
  • Educate consumers on products, effects, and promotions to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Promote dispensary traffic, featured products, loyalty programs, and, where applicable, the dispensary's app.
  • Plan and coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, materials, and staffing.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches in-market.
Retail Sales Execution & Account Management
  • Visit 15–30 dispensary accounts weekly, prioritizing top-performing locations multiple times per month.
  • Build strong relationships with budtenders, GMs, and inventory teams to drive product advocacy.
  • Actively influence in-store sales by educating staff on product features, effects, and selling points.
  • Ensure strong product visibility and merchandising execution, including:
    • Stocking and cleaning displays.
    • Setting up branded materials and fixtures.
    • Ensuring placement on menus, kiosks, and TVs.
  • Delivering swag, samples in a compliant manner, and incentives to increase engagement and sell‑through.
  • Identify and execute store-level opportunities to increase product velocity.
In-Store Activations & Sales Driving
  • Execute 1–2 in-store activations per day during peak sales days, primarily Thursday through Saturday.
  • Engage directly with customers to:
    • Educate them on products.
    • Upsell featured items.
    • Convert interest into purchases.
  • Distribute promotional materials and incentivize purchases during activations.
  • Motivate and energize store staff through contests, education, and incentives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:
    • Retail partners.
    • Local businesses.
    • Community organizations.

  • Provide hands‑on education about products, effects, and usage.
  • Conduct informal surveys and gather consumer insights.
  • Act as a trusted, knowledgeable face of the brand.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Track and report:
    • Sales impact from activations.
    • Account performance and feedback.
    • Consumer trends and preferences.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing leadership.
Sampling & Promotions
  • Execute compliant sampling programs where permitted.
  • Distribute promotional items aligned with campaigns.
  • Track the effectiveness of sampling efforts.
Social Media & Brand Amplification
  • Support local social media efforts by promoting events and activations.
  • Capture content from the field to support marketing initiatives.
