Job summary

Justice Grown in Central New Jersey is seeking a Field Brand & Sales Representative to build brand presence through consumer engagement, in-store activations, and direct sales support across the region.

You will visit dispensaries, run events, educate customers, and partner with budtenders and store teams to drive product sell-through while ensuring compliant promotions. The role requires a 2-year degree and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Outgoing, high-energy, and comfortable in customer-facing environments.
• Strong understanding of sales tactics, merchandising, and retail execution.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and influence purchasing behavior.

Responsibilities

• Represent Justice Grown brands at dispensary events, local markets, festivals, trade shows, and community events.
• Execute in-store and off-site activations to drive immediate sales and long-term brand loyalty.
• Educate consumers on products, effects, and promotions to influence purchasing decisions.
• Promote dispensary traffic, featured products, loyalty programs, and the dispensary's app.
