Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor staff to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture by aligning priorities and expectations.
- Inspire team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Accurately receive and document deliveries in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Participate in nightly cash audits and manage store change orders.
- Monitor and evaluate sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage for the retail team.
- Manage employee training, development, and performance reviews per SOPs.
- Conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized records and required reports.
- Communicate effectively with corporate leadership.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by upper management.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, with strong leadership skills.
- A natural ability to lead by example and inspire others.
- Confidence in using POS systems and managing inventory.
- Clear, professional communication skills both in person and in writing.
- Responsible and reliable, capable of opening and closing the store independently.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and build strong relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on quality and performance.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- 21+ years old and able to pass a background check.
