EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in the cannabis or service industry. Experience in managing a team, handling inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency is essential.

KNOWLEDGE

Strong knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is highly preferred. Understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management is also important.

You’re a natural leader with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance.
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team of budtenders and retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
3. Help manage product inventory, ensuring it is well-stocked, properly labeled, and compliant with all regulations.
4. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local and state cannabis regulations.
5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product recommendations in a professional manner.
6. Support with visual merchandising, store organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
7. Assist with scheduling and payroll, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and time-off requests.
8. Provide leadership and guidance during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
