Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in the cannabis or service industry. Experience in managing a team, handling inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency is essential.

KNOWLEDGE
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is highly preferred. Understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management is also important.

PERSONALITY
You’re a natural leader with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of budtenders and retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Help manage product inventory, ensuring it is well-stocked, properly labeled, and compliant with all regulations
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product recommendations in a professional manner
• Support with visual merchandising, store organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
• Assist with scheduling and payroll, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and time-off requests
• Provide leadership and guidance during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring all operations run smoothly
