Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, staffing, inventory, and sales.

3. Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and regulatory compliance.
4. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and compliance with cannabis regulations.
5. Address customer inquiries and support product recommendations.
6. Support visual merchandising and store organization.
7. Assist with scheduling and payroll to ensure proper coverage.
8. Provide leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
