IT’SUGAR, a fun and energetic candy retailer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and visual standards across the New Orleans location. You will implement retail programs, lead a team, and ensure an entertaining, sugar-filled shopping experience.

The role requires 3-5 years of retail leadership, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Prior sales and management experience in a retail environment required.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily sales and back-of-house operations to meet sales objectives.
• Coach staff to apply core values and improve performance.
• Staffing decisions including interviewing, training, and reviews.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing, signage, and planograms.
• Ensure store safety and adherence to LP and company guidelines.
