Job summary

Elmer Chocolate in Ponchatoula, LA is seeking associates for an on-site role on an early shift. Pay ranges $13-$15 per hour, with a $13 base plus a $2 Perfect Attendance Premium, and weekly pay.

Typical schedule Monday through Thursday 5am–3pm with alternating Fridays for cleaning. Duties include operating automated lines, placing trays and lids, boxing displays for store shelves, and joining a team in a climate-controlled factory.

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3pm and alternating Fridays for approximately 4 hours of cleaning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years old & pass drug screen(s)
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand & walk for 10 hours
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, use force, carry, push/pull, and lift <50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity
