Job summary

Elmer Chocolate, the oldest family-owned chocolate company in America, seeks a maintenance technician to maintain, repair, install, troubleshoot, and modify robotic production and packaging equipment at the Ponchatoula facility. The role involves performing equipment changeovers and assessing modernization needs to improve processes.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, use force, carry, push/pull, and lift <50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to apply manual dexterity and specified visual acuity
