Job summary

Elmer Chocolate, the oldest family-owned chocolate company in America, seeks Candy Associates to monitor robotic packaging lines in Ponchatoula. This 12-hour shift runs 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday–Thursday with Fridays on call; weekly pay, advancement opportunities, and a cold candy-filled environment are provided.

Responsibilities include monitoring automated machinery, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with teammates while enjoying the aroma of caramel and sugar.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and pass a drug screen.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Dependable attendance is essential.
• Ability to follow and read instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time

• Some areas require PPE & may cause occasional exposure to higher temperatures
