Randstad in Abilene, KS is seeking high-energy Hand Packers to join our production team. You will stand, move, and help get our candy products out the door with accuracy and speed.

The role involves loading packaging lines, moving goods with a pallet jack, and packing to spec. Expect a hands-on, active workday in a bustling facility with a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Experience in fast-paced packing environments is a plus
• Attention to quality and quantity per order/invoice requirements

Responsibilities

• Keep packing lines moving by loading fresh trays of candy.
• Move materials across the plant using pallet jack.
• Box and label product according to specs.
• Ensure accuracy and speed on the line.

Day-to-Day (The Sweet Details)

• Fuel the Line: Keep the packing lines moving by serving up fresh trays of chocolate.
• Keep it Rolling: Facilitate the smooth movement of candy steels throughout the floor.
• Pack to Perfection: Box up candy quickly and accurately according to our quality specs.
• Flex Your Muscles: Load, unload, and transport boxes of product across the plant using a pallet jack.

05:45 AM - 03:45 PM

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
