Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring team. You will keep the candidate pipeline organized, schedule interviews, track applicant status, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to offer.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to juggle multiple open roles, and serving as the reliable point of contact to keep the hiring process on track.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track applicant status and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Post and update job listings across LinkedIn and other job boards
• Communicate with candidates to confirm details, answer questions, and provide timely updates
• Support recruiters with resume screening and initial candidate outreach
• Help prepare offer letters and new-hire paperwork
