Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a highly motivated Candidate Support Administrator to help candidates successfully navigate Amazon's hiring process through inbound and outbound support, virtual pre-hire appointments, and issue resolution.

As the primary point of contact, you will communicate with candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS, conduct virtual pre-hire appointments, and ensure onboarding requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the Amazon hiring process.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and SMS communications.
• Conduct virtual pre-hire appointments and assist with onboarding requirements.
• Resolve candidate issues and technical barriers preventing progression.
• Manage escalations and referrals with urgency and professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Manage daily tasks independently from start to finish.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the hiring process.
• Support additional business needs as assigned.
