Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Staffing Manager to lead a high-performing team of Staffing Administrators and seasonal Associates onsite across multiple sites. You will own candidate experience and operational excellence, ensuring delivery of business goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires managing schedules, interviewing and onboarding, and developing strategic staffing plans to meet demand.

Qualifications

2+ years of team management experience.
2+ years of HR transactional processes experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day operations to ensure positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals.
Leads and develops a team of administrators, including regular performance evaluations.
Assists with interviewing and onboarding new administrators.
Coordinates team schedule and assigns duties based on business needs.
Understands new hire workflow and makes recommendations to drive improvement.
Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyzes reporting of KPIs and provides solutions.
Leads change initiatives and projects through to completion.
Forecasts labor demand and creates scalable staffing strategies.
