Job summary

Thyme Care in the United States is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to guide candidates through the interview process, coordinate conversations with our team, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture.

You will own recruiting process, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and employer branding, with potential to grow into a Recruiter or Recruiting Operations professional in a fast-scaling organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of coordination experience, preferably in the early stage of a high-growth startup.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in shifting priorities.
• Experience with a modern ATS, preferably Ashby, managing candidate pipelines, interview kits, posting jobs, and scheduling interviews.
• Experience with online collaboration tools like Google Suite, Slack, etc.
• Earned the trust of candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders with timely and effective communication.
• Become an expert at calendar Tetris and build relationships to scale in a growing organization.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• You’ve interacted with executives in past companies.

Responsibilities

• Get to know and own the recruiting process. Plan and coordinate steps from job description to scorecard and ensure delivery.
• Stakeholder Management. Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Improve our processes. Take initiative to streamline recruiting functions.
• Own our recruiting reporting. Build reports to monitor activity and identify improvements.
• Employer Branding. Collaborate with Marketing and PeopleOps to share employee stories.
• Grow. Interest in advancing to Recruiter or Recruiting Operations.
