Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking a Technical Recruiter in the United States (Oregon) to lead end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and other technical teams as we scale. You will report to our Principal Technical Recruiter and partner with technical leaders to build pipelines and hire exceptional talent in competitive markets.

You will own searches from intake to close, embrace AI-driven methods, and work with hiring managers to craft effective strategies and a superior candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
• Proven success recruiting across Software Engineering, Product, Data, Security, or other technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of identifying and engaging passive technical candidates.
• Experience owning searches end-to-end and partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical searches end-to-end, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and close.
• Understand that AI is changing the craft of recruiting and be willing to build and fail and repeat until it’s right.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Security, and other technical leaders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and engage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach.
• Develop a strong understanding of the technical talent market and use those insights to help hiring managers make informed decisions.
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Help hiring managers build effective interview processes and make consistent, competency-based hiring decisions leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Manage multiple searches and shifting priorities while maintaining speed, quality, and strong communication.
• Use recruiting data and funnel insights to identify challenges and adjust your approach.
• Contribute ideas that help us continuously improve how we recruit and hire technical talent at Thyme Care.
