Job summary

Thyme Care seeks a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to guide candidates through the interview process, coordinating with our recruiting team and internal partners. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience as you learn our tech-enabled, value-based care landscape in US healthcare.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations and offers growth into Recruiting Operations. Prior ATS experience, especially Ashby, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of coordination experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
• Experience with a modern ATS (preferably Ashby) managing candidate pipelines, interview kits, posted jobs, and scheduling interviews.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Learn and own the recruiting process end-to-end, from job description to scorecard, including hiring manager kick-offs, interview scheduling, and debriefs.
• Develop mutually beneficial candidate and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the recruiting function.
• Own recruiting reporting to track activity, pipelines, and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PeopleOps to share employee stories and support employer branding.
• Grow towards becoming a Recruiter or Recruiting Operations professional.
