Job summary

Thyme Care is building a human-centered, tech-enabled team to transform cancer care. We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to guide candidates through the interview process, coordinating with our recruiting team and Thyme Care partners.

You’ll own the candidate experience, schedule interviews, and help improve recruiting processes in a fast-growing US healthcare company. You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations and contribute to employer branding with internal partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years coordinating in a high-growth startup.
• Experience with Ashby ATS managing pipelines and interviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
• Experience with scheduling and calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Learn and own the recruiting process from job description to scorecard.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and panel debriefs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Own recruiting reporting to track activity and improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PeopleOps for employer branding.
• Grow into Recruiting Operations professional.
