Job summary

General Mills in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Candidate Experience Coordinator to partner with the Talent Acquisition Team and serve as the main contact for external candidates throughout the recruiting process.

You will coordinate interview schedules, travel logistics, background checks, and onsite logistics while tracking data in Workday and supporting TA priorities to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a high-volume setting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and HCM apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment lifecycle across designated areas, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage pre-employment background checks including initiation and tracking.
• Coordinate travel for candidates and manage expenses.
• Serve as primary onsite interview logistics point of contact and troubleshoot scheduling/tech issues.
• Track candidate flow data in Workday and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with TA Pillars on projects and priorities.
