General Mills is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruitment for diverse professional roles, including supply chain and manufacturing searches. You will partner with hiring leaders to define success profiles, build targeted sourcing plans and deliver inclusive, candidate-centered experiences.

You will create diverse candidate pipelines, engage passive talent, and bring market insights to improve compensation conversations and hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of progressive corporate and/or search-firm recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a variety of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches—from intake and strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer and close.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and locations.
• Generate diverse, qualified candidate pipelines, including passive talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR partners to clarify business needs and success profiles.
• Provide market perspective on compensation considerations and recruiting dynamics.
• Manage multiple searches with strong organization and follow-through.
