Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Campus Candidate Experience Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team to support day-to-day campus recruiting and the summer internship program. You will be the primary contact for candidates through interview, travel, assessment, offer and onboarding.

You will build relationships with business functions, HR partners, interviewers, Campus Leads, external candidates, and TA colleagues to deliver a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience and stay current on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across all organizational levels, including executives, students, candidates, customers, and General Mills management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach with experience in analysis and reporting.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting administration for assigned functions, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate interview-day logistics and create an exceptional candidate experience through communications and networking.
• Administer candidate assessments in virtual and in-person settings.
• Track and report critical candidate workflow information using Workday Recruiting and ATS tools.
• Build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders with timely, accurate information.
• Develop partnerships across the organization with HR, facilities, hiring managers and recruiters.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate functions, plants, and business centers nationwide.
• Lead planning committees that support summer internship programming.
• Partner with recruiters to support functional interns throughout the lifecycle.
• Execute internship events in partnership with the Intern Program Specialist.
• Serve as a talent brand ambassador internally and externally.
• Initiate Workday requisitions and coordinate hiring for full-time and intern candidates.
• Manage onboarding and hiring tasks for all hires.
• Complete projects and additional responsibilities identified by the recruiter or manager.
• Co-host on-site candidate immersion days.
