GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist to own and optimize the journey from application through hire. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, People Operations, and other teams to remove barriers, ensure timely communication, and drive a differentiated, compliant hiring experience across multiple markets.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration preferred.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition, candidate experience, HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, or related role.

Aufgaben

• Own the candidate experience from application to hire across assigned markets.
• Monitor progression, identify delays and communication gaps, and partner with recruiters and leaders to improve outcomes.
• Support Day 1 readiness and post-offer clearance activities as needed.
• Analyze candidate feedback and funnel data to drive continuous process improvements.
