Responsibilities

• Assures efficient and effective management of the Cancer Navigators office on a day-to-day basis by performing a variety of tasks and ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinates the day-to-day operations for patient care and customer service activities.
• Maintains an effective working relationship with other staff and facilitates office communication.
• Responsible for all aspects of meetings including scheduling, communicating details, and drafting agendas and minutes.
• Identifies, resolves and/or recommends resolutions to office issues.
• Updates and maintains procedure book for department.
• Enters and updates data in patient database and prepares patient data reports.
• Maintains inventory and stock levels of supplies for department and monitors expenses and budget reports.
