Qualifications

• Active Registered Nursing licensure in Georgia.
• Master's Degree in Nursing with 2 years oncology nursing care experience OR BSN with 3 years oncology nursing care experience OR ADN with 5 years oncology nursing care experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Maintains oncology nursing certification or completes 36 hours of oncology CE in 3 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in applying oncology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• The Oncology Navigator manages care for identified cancer patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensures access to high-quality care throughout the cancer care continuum.
