Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• One year of comparable experience in oncology office functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of the Olympic Medical Cancer Center office, including scheduling, accounts receivable/payable, and medical records.
• Coordinates with clinical services staff and oversees front office staff under the Operations Manager.
• Assists with planning and follow-up of OMCC coordinated events and inter-department coordination.
• Utilizes professional judgment and problem-solving skills to support leadership and staff.
