Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a Power Platform Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable Power Platform solutions, ensuring governance, security, and enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation and AI-driven capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, while managing environments and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in application development, automation, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Experience with ALM, environment management, and security roles.
• Proficiency via data modeling, API integrations, and custom connectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, and governance of the Power Platform environment.
• Define and enforce ALM standards across all solutions.
• Design and build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and Copilot-based solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services and third-party systems.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies aligned to DevOps best practices.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed applications and automation solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Enable citizen developers through guided self-service development while maintaining governance guardrails.
