Job summary

Moderna is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Administrator and hands-on developer to own the platform across development, validation, and production environments. You will define governance, security, and ALM processes, while delivering AI-first automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

You will mentor teams, integrate with enterprise systems, and drive platform adoption with scalable patterns and central governance.

Qualifications

7+ years as Microsoft Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

Own administration of Power Platform across development, validation, and production environments.
Define and implement governance framework including environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, and access controls.
Design and deliver AI-first automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Lead prompt engineering and conversational design for scalable AI-enabled processes.
Monitor platform health and drive continuous improvements with dashboards and governance patterns.
