Job summary

Wizards of the Coast in Renton, WA is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and support Power Platform–based automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve employee experiences.

You will partner with business and IT teams to deploy Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and AI‑powered processes while governing deployments and ensuring security and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerShell; API integrations.
• Experience integrating cloud apps through connectors and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build Power Apps solutions to modernize and simplify business operations.
• Identify manual processes and implement scalable automation to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and third‑party platforms.
