Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in application development, automation, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, environment management, and security roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, and governance of the Power Platform environment.
• Define and enforce ALM standards across all solutions.
• Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot-based solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security of deployed solutions.
• Enable citizen developers while maintaining governance guardrails.
