Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise automation and AI solutions. You will leverage the Power Platform, Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and related AI technologies to deliver scalable applications and workflows.

Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, align with governance, and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience with Power Platform, Copilot, and enterprise AI, plus strong collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
4+ years designing, developing, and supporting Power Platform & Copilot solutions.
Experience building AI solutions with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
Experience in Agile environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support enterprise automation and AI solutions using Power Platform and Copilot.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation.
Build applications, dashboards, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
Provide governance, security, and environment administration for Power Platform and Copilot.
Serve as Tier 3 SME for automation and AI platforms and assist in incident resolutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive continuous improvement.
Create technical documentation and best practices.
