Job summary

BabyBots is seeking a hands-on Power Platform developer to build and troubleshoot business applications and automations across Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.

You will own defined features, workstreams, and client engagements within 90 days, delivering maintainable solutions and clear communication with both our team and clients. The role offers ownership, exposure to AI technologies, and opportunities to grow toward senior roles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power Platform experience with ability to build and troubleshoot business applications and automations.
• Experience with enterprise data sources and integrations, communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to independently own defined features and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Take defined business problems from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Communicate clearly, identify risks early, and build reliable, maintainable solutions for clients.
